It's my go-to dessert as well! A creme brulee cheesecake sounds great. I've been on two Princess cruises so far and going on my third in 3 weeks. I can't wait for all the treats

Yep, the food is a large part of the cruise experience for us, as well…!!!
The only other two times we’ve eaten similarly to like we have on cruises was when I had a 50% CM DDP discount for our WDW trips in the summers of ‘12 and ‘13. It was the plan with a snack, QS and TS for each day. We (mostly me ) gorged, and we still ended up with snack credits left over…!!!!!

I remember that version of the dining plan and getting it free with a promotion. I had so many great meals at Cal Grill during those times .

Wow, that first plate with the shrimp looks awesome!!

My husband had to settle for homemade Porterhouse and roasted potatoes tonight. (I do a mean Porterhouse, if I do say so myself)

Kinda’ funny story…
On the first night of our first cruise (Dec. 2017) at dinner, I asked our waitstaff lead if and when lobster might be on the menu. He noted my joy after he told me tomorrow night. The next night when I ordered the lobster, he brought me two plates saying “I know how much you were anticipating this…!!!”
That’s when I first found out you can order more than one serving of anything you wanted…!!!!!
Anyway, two servings of lobster with drawn butter, grilled shrimp, risotto and a steamed broccoli floret…!!!!!

We went on a cruise to Alaska with friends. My friends wife wanted lobster and after a few days on the cruise I pranked her. I asked our server (who was great) for a pen. On the menu where the lobster was listed I wrote in Unavailable . The look her face was priceless and I finally told her. Our server got a good laugh and brought her a huge one --she was in seventh heaven.
