Smoked some chicken today, about three hours at 220 degrees and took the chicken off the smoker at internal temp of 165. It was moist and tender. Served with black beans and kraut. Yes we use multiple sets of dishes. Not sure why we have three different kinds of plates when there are only the two of us. Of course, I probably shouldn't say anything seeing as how I have more than a dozen coffee cups and only really need one.
