Tried a new recipe tonight - One pan Gnocchi, Sausage and Spinach. Had to doctor it up with some cheese and more cherry tomatoes but it was really good but may need some more tweaks in the future.

Complimentary chips and salsa, my Bloody Mary (yes, no beer this time, and sans one olive I already ate ) and my chicken, bacon and cheese quesadillas…!!!!!

After all the boring food options at MCO , there’s always good ol’ delish Chilis at the Main Terminal. Some delish options at other airports to showcase the glorious local cuisine- the The Salt Lick at Austin ( probably one of the best BBQ around ) and Versailles at Miami ( great Cuban cuisine along serving rocket fuel Cuban coffee ).

After all the boring food options at MCO , there’s always good ol’ delish Chilis at the Main Terminal. Some delish options at other airports to showcase the glorious local cuisine- the The Salt Lick at Austin ( probably one of the best BBQ around ) and Versailles at Miami ( great Cuban cuisine along serving rocket fuel Cuban coffee ).

Making a note of this for future travels!
