Their Convention, Our World

Well, could this lead towards an attraction announcement? Love Transformers but not as big a fan to go to one of their conventions.
There was an attraction announcement a while ago. It'll be in USH and USS, with a hope to bring it to the east coast at the Studios park. It's supposedly the Spiderman attraction on steroids with really big Transformers AAs.

Cool. I don't think it means anything significant though =p There are plenty of conventions that take place at both WDW and DLR that don't mean anything is happening to the company/resorts. Honestly if I was going to a convention I would LOVE it to be at Disney!!

That just might be epic...

Neat. If only the REAL 80's Megatron and Soundwave would plot to steal Energon Cubes from the top of Swan and Dolphin to try and blow up every last ever lovin' copy of Michael Bay's Magnum Crapus "Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen."

Transfomers is not a Disney property, so why would there be an attractions announcement? As was said by someone else, Universal has the rights to the Transformers.

As I already stated, Universal has announced a Transformers attraction to be placed at two of their resorts. I'll definitely be making a trip to California experience it when it opens.

There are many conventions and business meetings and sales meetings that are held at WDW.
Most are not ones that the general public is interested in.
The Grand Floridian, the Contemporary, and Coronado Springs actively pursue that business and are considered covention hotels.
