This is awesome news. I am staying @ AKL so I can just hop on the short bus ride over to AK and get my Dole Whip fix anytime!!!!! Even better news, there are alcoholic options!!!!!

The lines may be very long, and this could turn into a FASTPASS+ option, only kidding!!!!

That would be one way to add yet another FP option at MK... allow a FP option for spiked Dole Whips! Since the only other place you can get alcohol is BoG at dinner, we might be on to something... lol ;)

PS- the stand for this option should be just outside the exit for PFTH! After parents wait in that 300-minute line for Anna and Elsa, they may need something beyond water.

I tried both versions yesterday (with Parrot Bay Coconut Rum and Myer's Dark Rum). Yum!

No floats , BUT you will have the option to spike your Dole Whip with alcohol - dark rum or coconut rum. Coconut pineapple....yum

I've never had one. So are they a pineapple flavored soft serve? That's what I'm gathering from the pictures but don't want to be wrong when I tell DH about them lol.

Pineapple flavored! It is a must try on your next trip with or without the alcohol. In the MK is has its own store front, but no alcohol.

Thanks for clarifying :)

We'll be at MK next Sunday for (probably) about 12 hours... we'll probably try the virgin version then. That way I'll know whether or not I can handle all that sugar before paying for the alcoholic version on Tuesday at AK. I can't wait!

I would like to say great news. but only having the dole whip at mk made it special. I never got it at poly because tradition is only to have it at mk. Too much access to Disney bests is not a good thing.

Here's another tip. If you don't love the dole whip, you still might enjoy the pineapple sorbet at L'Artisan des Glaces in France. Personally, I think it tastes even better (more natural and refreshing) than the pineapple dole whip.

And that's coming from someone who loved dole whips so much, he put them in his username. ;)

Awesome! I'll have to try that as well. I love sorbet, and sometimes I can handle its texture better than I can soft serve. Thanks!

No problem! I feel like the French ice cream shop has gotten a bad rep for its prices (overpriced snacks surprise people in Disney?). But honestly, the quality is so good compared to the generic Edy's/Nestle products available everywhere.

That place is literally my favorite part of visiting Epcot now (which is either a good testament to its quality, or a sad reflection on Epcot lol).

The prices on the menu don't look terrible for being at Disney. Lots of sorbet flavors at the moment... that makes me very happy :)

Adding this to my list of places to try!
