Well we are sadly back home now but boy did we have an amazing time! I am just getting started on the trip report but for the first time ever we went at Christmas! (I Have been loads to WDW but my now fiance has never been and I have never been at Christmas!!!! So on with the show....

Trip Report The we got engaged and went character nuts report!

I really enjoy the HArry Potter Ride apart from the scene where they take the picture as I hate spiders, so yes I am smiling with my eyes closed haha.
We didnt do any of the water rides, but Ola did want to go on Jurassic Park, I said you sure, we just got here and we will get a bit wet! So we wondered over to see the drop! well there obviously must not have been a long wait as the first log down had too people, and guess what they got completely drenched so we decided we did not want to be wet all day! Ola loved spiderman and it was better then I remember! We didnt go any of the big roller coasters as I learnt Ola hated them haha. Ola tried butterbeer but she said she couldnt drink a whole one as it was very very sweet, but she did like it! Ola actually wanted to go on the wee roller coaster at Harry Potter which she enjoyed. We then went to go see Posiendiens Fury we I think we had just missed the start of a show so we headed for the Hogwarts Express woop woop!

We hit Gringots Straight away but the line as everywhere was, very very short, we were so amazed by our surrounds we forgot to take pictures haha! The ride itself was amazing but we did get a little fright with the first drop but it was very good! We then decided it was time for some food! As we had the QS plan we had to find the best place to use it. I had this food program before and it was awful... food locations were awful the food was awful to, so I was not sure why I got it! But to my surprise it turned out awesome! So our decision was to head over to Springfield and hit up Moes Tavern!
We then headed to over to Disaster which Ola laughed her head off! It was so much fun! Then it was off to The Mummy, well at least for me I knew Ola would probs hate this ride so I hit the express pass queue while she watched the blues brothers which she loved!
We then hit up Transformers, which I loved but Ola thought Spiderman was better! We then went on Twister which I loved and sadly I don't think we will ever be on it again! We had a wee drinks break in the wee park and headed over to The Minion ride which Ola was super excited about and she loved it! Then we did Shrek, I don't think I had done this one in years and I was a little disappointed! We got out of Shrek and headed over to ET this is always a must do for me! On the way there I noticed they were setting up for the Parade and neither were bothered about seeing it so we thought after ET we would leave!
We both loved the ride, I hope the keep it when the redo the area! Still miss the days of when you got your passport and ET would say your name (well say most peoples name, mine was always a problem for him haha). Well here is where we both got really annoyed! The parade had just started and it was crowded US really is not designed for a parade we thought! We could not cross to get out so as it just started I thought we could try get in front of it but that didn't work and as the parade was going so slow I thought we will go to the star point and try our luck their! No one was allowed to cross anywhere even though the parade kept stopping! Eventually we got to the beginning and they were letting people across but the person wouldn't let us as she said the last floats were about to come out! So we waited what seemed like forever (it probs only 15 mins) and escaped out! There was a lot of people annoyed at this point! we got out and took some picks and went for a drink before at the margarita place and headed back to the hotel!
All in all we had a good time at universal apart from the last bit. I would say do not get the coke freestyle machines cup if your on the dinning plan thingy as it we barely used but did loved it and we use the mug a lot at home. Although the food seems better at Universal we didn't even use all of the QS dinning plan, but I was still glad we got it! If you are going at the same time of year as we did I probs wouldn't bother with the express pass as everything was a walk on! Also about the time of year, Islands of adventure seemed a bit pointless if you did not want to get wet!
Next that evening we headed to the hotel and were going to try go to Beaches and Cream but traffic was really bad and we had tickets to cirque de soleil! So we got back got changed quickly and went to the bus stop! Again the traffic was bad and took forever to get there and I had forgotten about there was only the bus stop open at the marketplace! So we had to run through all of downtown disney just to get there on time but we made it! Le Nouba was amazing and changed a lot since the last time I saw it! Ola was awe struck and be both had a fantastic evening! When we got out, it was really quite cold Ola wanted to take a bus but we were both tired so we took a taxi back!
I love Animal Kingdom and I knew Ola would to, which she did! We got up early - ish as our first Fastpass was for the Safaris as I had been told that was the best time and it was awesome. Animal Kingdom always seems busy even its not really but it was still walk on for everything;
