This may not be a guaranteed, but I would love to see Reggie Fils-Aimé as the new CEO of Disney. He’s the former CEO of Nintendo.

I'm not guaranteed it'll happen. It's just a suggestion.I’m sure there is a 1/10000000000 chance of this happening.
That’s old news. Media mogul Bryon Allen talked about buying ABC for $10 billion in 2023.Hmmmm Looks like B.I. might be in the market to sell Disney assets. 10 billion offer on the table for ABC. How hungry is Disney for some money and shedding assets?
Thanks Hulu!Does that sound like a lot?
Indeed. Iger musing about selling off ABC is just as old. And he was musing about the linear network assets, not the content that the studios produce that feed ABC.That’s old news. Media mogul Bryon Allen talked about buying ABC for $10 billion in 2023.
Point is B.I. continues to entertain the thought, muss and fuss plus grumble. Never say never.Indeed. Iger musing about selling off ABC is just as old. And he was musing about the linear network assets, not the content that the studios produce that feed ABC.
Comcast is also starting to muse about selling off its networks assets, too.
Streaming is already beating linear in eyeballs. Linear is dying and will wind up a niche product, like vinyl records.
Streamers are figuring out advertising on streaming, and once that is locked down, they'll be pushing linear off the train.
And it was soundly rejected back then, when D+ wasn't making as much as it is now. No chance they do it.That’s old news. Media mogul Bryon Allen talked about buying ABC for $10 billion in 2023.
A couple of sacrificial lambs named to head the "new" divisions that "may" have new opportunities to explore content......Comcast spinning off linear assets seems to be the plan in lieu of selling them off
And Disney paid the Rock $21M for him to do voice for Moana 2. Life is good for him !Moana 2 becoming a hit is a big win for Iger. Can't deny he's turning things around.
Yup, gather up all the turds and pile them into the linear asset bucket, spin off and sell to private equity.Comcast spinning off linear assets seems to be the plan in lieu of selling them off
It looks like it’s only the cable channels (from what I quickly saw on The Today Show graphic)? So, like CNBC and MSNBC and USA are gone, but NBC stays in the fold?Yup, gather up all the turds and pile them into the linear asset bucket, spin off and sell to private equity.
Yeah, anything that's only going to have decreasing profit. It looks like it’s only the cable channels (from what I quickly saw on The Today Show graphic)? So, like CNBC and MSNBC and USA are gone, but NBC stays in the fold?
It began with the Fox acquisition. Big chunks of cable infrastructure were sold off or decommissioned for Disney and Comcast and Sky (mostly in Europe). If the new shiny things weren't applicable to streaming, it was trashed.Let the fire sales begin.
