The Valentine Proposal!

If I weren't already married, I would like him to propose somewhere magical and quiet. An intimate dinner with soft music and where no one could stare at us. Then a stroll around WS in Epcot. We are both a little shy that way. Don't like all the fuss!

IDK!! hahaha Gotta be a Britt thing! My husband once surprised me with a caramel apple at work while I was pregnant with my oldest (it was my major craving and it had to be from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory), and he went and bought one for me, with a balloon and a cute outfit for our little man and I seriously turned like.....50 shades of red. ROFL.

My coworkers and store customers were swooning over him and Im like "Gah, he couldn't have taken me outside or something?" (didn't say that to him, of course...HAHA)
. See! You are a romantic at heart. Let your love flow .;)

I didn't have to plan mine. My wife ruined the whole proposal thing. If I had to do it, I would do it on ToT just before it dropped.
This is brilliant slash hilarious.

My sentiments exactly. I've only witnessed one public proposal... at a SUPERMARKET (?)... and it was cringe worthy. Maybe I'm just not a romantic! Having said that, how about the Haunted Mansion? Haha. There's a bride there already. ;-)
I don't think it's because you're not a romantic...there's nothing particularly enticing about being proposed to at a grocery store/supermarket. Actually, unless they met at that specific store, or something, that's kind of the worst proposal location idea I've ever heard.

Right?? That's what I was wondering...is it the spot they met in? Maybe an inside movie joke kind of thing? Im with you, the grocery store is one of the worst proposal places I can think of. haha

Meeting at that store could actually be the case. Had more than one dinner date after striking up a conversation with a girl about cooking ;).

I guess a public restroom could be worse? Hahah

Maybe there was something particularly enticing that night about the spices aisle. He wanted to SPICE up her life!

hahahaha!!!!

He's definitely got the more sweet, romantic side of the 2 of us. Im super spoiled that way. It comes naturally to him where as Im sitting there thinking of nice things to do on our Anniversary that I dont already do....HAHAHA
Then your a lucky girl..My DW thinks my female side is why she said yes when I proposed on a Greek island years ago, even tho she was just a young girl compared to me.:)

Did she propose first?

No, stupid female jealousy. I was with one of my best friends (a young lady). She and I were friends long before I met my wife. She was admiring the ring I bought. My wife (at the time gf) called, my friend answered the phone, and she thought I was cheating on her. I basically gave her an ultimatum to come over or it was over. That's how it went. "Here's your ring. Happy you screwed it all up?"

Keeping on the romance theme after your choices of a romantic dinner at Epcot. What park & where would you pop the question.Hmmm.Let me Tink! OK. For me the park would be Epcot, and I'd wait until we start Soarin over Disneyland and ask her, just before the fireworks at the end of the attraction, hopefully her feet wouldn't touch the ground.:)
Sounds like you need to plan another trip and renew your vows hatter.

My ex DH proposed at Cinderella's wishing well one night after Wishes. He wanted to do it earlier that day, but I kept saying the path was out of our way and we had fastpasses we needed to use. Guess those happily ever afters are only for the disney princesses

For me it would have to be infornt of the castle or main street with wishes in the background or in the new fantasy land expansion at night as i found it really magical for some reason, 7 years together so fingers crossed it'll happen one day soon :) but if i was to propose to him id do it somewhere in epcot as it his favourite park, probably in WS somewhere :)
