The Ultimate Resort Perk!

Good Day Disney People.. We all know ( or should ) about the various perks about staying on site,but what would say is the most important one.? I love the extra early hours and the fact you can send your shopping back to your resort,but what is your favourite perk.?

Every trip to Disney we've had an upgrade.Its called DPM.( Disney Pixie Magic ). For the next 14 days & nights,our feet never touch the ground.

Least important is extra magic hours...we always avoid the park that has EMH that day. I think for us the best perk is location. At SSR last Sept. we walked to DTD every day. It was great. At BW and BC walking to Epcot is the best. At WL, the quick boat launch is wonderful. At OKW, the boat ride to DTD is wonderful. Yes, for us it is location, location, location. We do off site as well, so while we have stayed at some incredible places off site, they just don't have the location, but since we drive it is really no big deal.

We also avoid the parks on the mornings of EMH!! But we do take advantage of them in the evenings, especially Epcot

I don't know that it's a perk per se....but the fact that once the plane touches down at MCO, I can suspend reality for the duration of my trip. I don't have to worry about a car, don't have to worry about food shopping, don't fret [most] household chores, don't have to think about much of anything but enjoying myself and the company of my friends.

I realize that the Magical Express and the Dining Plan were marketing creations to keep me [and my wallet] firmly planted on Disney soil, but I don't care. It's my escape from reality, my respite, my tranquility.

And with the past few years I have had, you can't put a price on that.

For me, it is being immersed in the magic 24/7 starting as soon as I step onto the DME bus! Of course that makes for a more depressing time when leaving but it is so worth it to me. We always use disney transportation so that is also a big perk for us!

Magic 24/7 for the duration of your stay! Disney transportation-who doesn't like being dropped off at the gate??!

EMH and Disney transportation, including Magical Express. Being completely in the pixie dust is pretty great, too.
