For years now I've been throwing around the idea of what a perfect Castle Park would be. In a world where Disney has a huge plot of land and no environmental issues like swamplands to deal with, what could they do that would make it better than even Walt's Disneyland?
In this thread, I'll be pitching my ideas to you all in hopes of getting feedback and refining the park into one that is better than anything we could ever hope to see in real life. With 145 total attractions, including dark rides, thrill rides, live entertainment, restaurants, shops, walk-through attractions and more, it's quite the large park!

A reimagining of the classic Main Street, this park's incarnation is an early 1930s American city, inspired by Disneyland Paris's planned Main Street. While still small and quaint, you'd see neon signs, hear jazz music, and discover interesting shops along the street, including the Main Street Theatre.
At the end of Main Street stands Sleeping Beauty's Castle, a modern interpretation of Paris's castle. Behind the castle awaits fairytales come to life- from a small English village to a lush forest, and even a fantastical circus! Guests can relive their favorite stories and meet their favorite characters here!
To the east lies a land of both the past and the future- Tomorrowland is a retro-futurism/Art Deco styled space port, taking inspiration from Disneyland's 1960s Tomorrowland and turning it into something more timeless- a love letter to humanity's dreams of the future, to the science fiction that has become a dominant staple in pop culture. Here guests can listen to aliens play music, take a rocket through the galaxy, and even have an encounter with Disney's golden children, Star Wars and Marvel.
This land is home to tropical jungles, animals, and- well, adventure! Making their way through the thick jungle pathways, guests can find the Jungle Navigation Company's outpost, or they can venture further into the jungle to find wild encounters with ancient ruins, volcanoes, and raging waters.
Unlike parks of the past, this park's Frontierland is a celebration of the land of the frontiers itself rather than just the wild west- but don't worry, there's still plenty of cowboys to meet! Guests can see cascading waterfalls, active geysers, and tall, rocky mountains. As you venture through the land, you go from a wild west styled town to a Mexican village in the southwest.
If guests dare to enter the dark woods behind Fantasyland, they can find themselves in a land dark and twisted- Dark Fantasyland. Home to thrills, chills, and villains of all sorts, guests can be delightfully scared or embrace their love of the dark side. Maleficent's Castle looms above the twisted trees, offering a dark contrast to Sleeping Beauty's Castle.
A quiet land tucked away in a corner of the park, Mickey's ToonTown is home to the classic cartoon characters we all know and love. Guests can meet Mickey and his friends at their homes, explore the city of ToonTown, and even get up to adventures with Scrooge McDuck and his great-nephews!
The air is always chilly, the leaves always red- it's Autumn year-round in this colonial-era American village. Enjoy sweets like candied apples and pumpkin pie, listen to ghost stories at the town's annual Halloween party, or even dare to explore the abandoned estate lying just at the river's edge. There's even a frog, a bear, a pig, and a whatever that'll tell the story of America's founding!
Up in the northwest lies a National Park in a redwood forest- Bear Country! Home to friendly bears that sing country songs, guests can enjoy the simple life in this nature-heavy area. Grizzly Mountain stands tall above the forest, and the local Sheriff says he suspects some bears are brewing moonshine up there...
In place of Tom Sawyer's Island, this park has Old Pirate Island. Accessed through catacombs in Sleepy Hollow or by sailing across the river, guests will find a seemingly abandoned fortress that was once home to pirates. But if one looks in the right place, they may find some pirates who still call the island home.
Discovery Bay
Found between the lush jungles and the spaceport of tomorrow lies Discovery Bay, a modern reinterpretation of the never-realized land for Disneyland fused with the original idea for Dinoland USA. The Society of Explorers and Adventurers have set up a base of operations here and are studying the strange and fantastical creatures who call this land home- dinosaurs, mermaids, and mythical creatures.
UPDATE 9/7/24: All the in-depth land breakdowns have been typed up! Now we're on to the community refining phase. Let's polish this lump of coal into a diamond!
