Alright I might be dreaming this but I thought I read that each day cast members leave 2 paint brushes somewhere on the island and if you find them you get a fast pass or something. Did anyone ever hear of this!?

I read about this somewhere awhile back. Not sure if it's been discontinued or not. But apparently there was something involving paintbrushes back in the day. From what I gathered, the program was removed due to greedy parents chewing out CM's if their child did not get one, or something along the lines (?) Any insiders or regulars have further knowledge of this?

There was a thread awhile back saying that they had been discontinued. Although I'm not sure if it was an insider or not who said so.

I don't know if it is still around, but my mom found a paintbrush on a trip maybe 2-3 years ago. So kind of recently! It's true, you do get fast passes if you find one. I believe the way it used to work was there were a finite number of paintbrushes hidden every day and once they were found for the day they were gone. My mom found a paintbrush in the paint bucket by the half painted fence in the afternoon and when she showed a CM she got to pick from splash mountain and BTMRR fastpasses for our family.

Sad, it was one of the great little pieces of hidden Disney magic. TSI is still a great place to check out though!
