Wanted to make the characters more accessible to the general public, but made sure to keep the animalistic aspects of many characters referenced.
Aset/Isis has the kite on her headdress. Horus can turn into his falcon at will. Bastet is still a cat humanoid. Set’s pets are the animal that Set was said to be. Anubis wears a jackal pendant, turns into a jackal at will, and is one of the gods in the new land logo, Ra is still in his bird form on yhe land logo.
These changes of appearances from their myths is actually refrenced in the Journal of Leonard Conker too
