No, because either I’m having the Mandela Effect or I’m not looking in the right place because I can’t find it, but what I do remember is that the balloons were grey and it was posted 2014-2015, so all we have to do is ask someone from that time about it?

Might be the mandela effect because there were not any hot air balloons in the River Country/Fort Wilderness Area...you may be thinking of parasailers from the Contemporary on Bay Lake.

The balloon ride in WDW is at Disney Springs.

Of course there aren’t any balloons ever being RC or DI because it wasn’t from either. It was from a drawing and a completely different island.

Could it have been the Up skyway ride I think The Sole Imagineer or The Creator Games. The concept takes over discovery island so the area itself is similar.

I’ve been using Adobe illustrator since 2013 - I really love it!

Though for the elite eight finale in 2014 and the muppets concept for SA3, I decided to use a free program on my iPad... it’s called inkpad. Works great for layers, freehand, and vectors!
