Aye. Lets get scientific. Our definition of Air is 79% Nitrogen, 20% oxygen, 1% other (roughly). So they are breathing 20% of air when. Water is also H2O so about 33% oxygen which is a key comment of air. So it could bare to reason under our diagram Air(Nitrogen/Oxygen) are key for the Seas Creation, and the sea and air is responsible for the life of Land to create.But they don't use air... just oxygen.
