Zman-ks never posted once. He was supposed to be eliminated then we get MA Screamin' to even it out. That's what happened, then @Dreamfinder83 got eliminated and it stuffed all that up.
However, that's not what my problem is. The problem is Dreamfinder was easily the biggest contributor in this challenge. He came up with the idea for the website, a great idea wether we won or not, and his opinion was usually the path we took. I don't get why someone who supported the team so much gets fired! @jdmdisney99 I hate to point fingers but you clearly wanted him gone because he "attacked" you. All that negative number gibberish, we both know it's rubbish.
Anyway that's my opinion. You can fire me as well if you want, but I couldn't stand by and watch what I considered to be unfair behaviour go on. I look forward to the next challenge.

That's great but what about everything else I brought up, like how Dreamfinder was a massive contributor on our team.
Neither did pluto13 for the other team.
It wasn't just because he failed to trust me. It was also due to his lack to care for a proper defense. When I asked why he should not be eliminated, he couldn't even give me a proper answer. All he really mentioned in your discussions was the website and discussing commercials with you that weren't made. The number thing was just a way to relate. Sam actually seemed like a very big contributor along with yourself as he made the posters and wrote off on every thing. Out of the three people nominated, he was the only one I couldn't see meshing well with the team moving forward. Eliminating Zman really has no effect. If @Dreamfinder83 came to me right now and properly defended himself I may rehire him if you think he can help you that much.

We each started with 5 people. Zmanks never posted, so he is replaced by mascreamin. Dreamfinder was our elimination person. They also had someone who never posted, so technically it was 4 on 4 last round. Pluto13 didn't get kicked out because his team won. Since they won, we now have one less person than them. Get it?

Yes but with those three nominated, Zman already gone and MA Screamin' coming in, it was only right for someone to be fired (and it shouldn't be Sam). If he comes to me and and actually lists his characteristics that will help, I might bring him back.

That's my problem. I think Zman should have been fired and I think that was your original plan. Then Dreamfinder said what he said and you came up with the whole "elimination" thing.
I don't really want to argue. It's late and I'm tired. I got my opinion across so I'm happy.

Matt's right. We weren't angry you didn't post, did you see any of us argue with Zman-ks? It was the fact you still expected to keep your position as project manager then didn't inform us until it was too late that you didn't do what you were supposed to.
Unless you were kidnapped then there is really no excuse as to why you couldn't have told us you wouldn't be competing.
Thanks guys. You just had to say something more. You explained your reasons for leaving, but you completely left your team in the dark with your assigned concepts less than 24 hours before the deadline. Sorry you feel otherwise.
