Yes, the Secret Society is actually not too difficult to get into, you just have to keep your eyes open for the people wearing blazers with a small llama logo on their chest. When you see them, talk to and make friends with them. Once you have made friends with three of them, you will be handcuffed, blindfolded and dragged out to a limo. The limo will take you to the Secret Society.

Yeah I knew it was the people with the blazers! There are like 3 of them in one of my dorms, but I basically make all my people with the Love aspiration, so theyre constantly walking around with woo-hoo on their minds all the time! I'll have to schmooze with them more often!

Yep. Just get your relationship score with each of them up to at least 50 and you should be just fine. The good thing about the Secret Societies is that they allow you to hack your grades. Just be careful with that. If you get caught, your computer gets repoed and you get a fine. There are also a variety of the career rewards located at those so if you ever want to see what a zombie looks like, feed someone to the cow plant then use the resurrect-o-nomitron to call up Death and pay 1,000 for the resurrection.

Edit: Oh, and if your sims ever need cash in a hurry, always remember "motherlode."

Do I have to befriend all of them, or just one member? I actually had like no HW tonight (amazing for college!!!) so I turned it on, and I finally got one of my people to have a relationship w/ one of them above 50, but nothing has happened yet... I'll just have to wait and see...

Edit: nevermind... I just reread one of your post that said 3 of them  .

Re-re-edit- just got in! My sim made friends with them fast, so it was quite easy!

I think I read somewhere where it said every campus is allowed to have one except Le Academie. Thats the only one thatt doesnt have one. Also, Did you make your own campus? If you did, then you need to go to the lots and houses and pick out a Secret Society.

They all have Secret Societies(my sim joined the one at Academie Le Tour) but Greek Houses are only pre-established at Sim State University and La Fiesta Tech. That's not to say you can't have a Greek House at Le Tour, you just have to rent one and then start it up yourself.

In the Sims original, I created a house with 8 very eclectic people... Then I killed them all... I got a grave collection

I recently had Olive Specter eliminated. She just annoyed the heck out of me and was totally rude to all of my sims. So I had her start cooking and then ignore it. I also removed the smoke detector. Anyone should be able to guess what the result of that was. The funny thing is, when Grim arrived, after he was done, he went and used the toilet and read the paper. That was the first time I'd gotten to see that.

In Sims University, I killed one of the Cow Mascots running around. They kept pulling pranks with my sprinklers, leaving the living room and kitchen flooded. I hated cleaning the mess up, and it would drop the Enviro score dractically, so I killed her (her name was Brittany) in a house fire.

The sheer irony made me laugh. I took away all the sprinklers, and killed her. Thats what she gets for messing with the sprinklers...:fork:

Didnt anyone teach her to not cry wolf ??!!!

Today I made my second elimination. The Townie known as Goopy GilCarbo. He is a wandering townie that will eventually pass by any house in the neighborhood. He is a romance sim and according to people in other discussion boards, he has caused more terrible breakups than any other sim. Therefore, when I saw him outside the home of the "Normal" family[Pollination Tech 6, his wife Abby and their two children Perfect Lee/son, and Genuine Lee/daughter) I felt it was time to eliminate him before he became a problem. I had one of my sims go out to greet him and then had that sim go swimming in the pool. While in the pool, he asked Goopy to join him. Once Goopy dove in, I quickly got my sim out of the pool, went to buy mode and then sold off the pool ladder. Since Goopy could not get out of the pool, he eventually fell asleep while swimming and never returned. Of course, now his ghost will come back and flood my bathrooms on occasion, but a small price to pay, really.

Just do what I do and sell his grave.

I only killed one person and It was on accedent. It wasnt even my sim it was my moms. he was near death. so I told her to use the elixer of life. but we both miss read his points and he was missing like 50 points from being able to do it sucssesfully, so he died. then his wife died right after. leaving a teenage son they adopted. As for me. I havent killed any of mine. I think Im too nice to do it. I'd feel gulty. (dose this mean Im too attacthed to them?:dazzle: )

Ah, that's no fun though. What if one of the kids ends up as a knowledge aspiration? They get lots of points for seeing a ghost, ya know? ;)

Yeah, Sims University wasnt my first kill; Ive killed many a sim, so I consider myself a veteran. Sims 1 saw many victims. But yeah... Goopy.... what can I say about Goopy. He's an annoying little , not to mention hideous!!! I finally had to do away with him. I also killed in in a kitchen fire.

Seeing them go up in flames is hilarious! But I've also done the pool trick like you have Number_6!! One of my faves is to have them fix electronics with no Mechanical skills!!! Its a crowd pleaser! The Sims has turned me into a rather twisted individual! :drevil:  :fork:

Just for fun I had a couple of my sims try to fix things that were electrical without the mechanical skill. They all survived. Didn't even get a minor shock.

Anyone ever just get annoyed with one of the Sims and send them off to their doom?

I just get annoyed when the cheerleaders and mascots come and bother everyone. The streakers are actually pretty funny.
