"The Search For Mickey"?

Is there really a movie being made called "The Search for Mickey"? I read this in the petition for keeping Roger Rabbit alive in an earlier post. This sounds like it would be a real "Disney fans" type of movie! I hope Disney is concidering it!

as of now it is said it will be a video release which means only one thing CHEAP ANIMATION!!! ohhh I can't wait
