- Aug 21 = ESPN = New streamer called "ESPN" (not to be confused with "ESPN +"). All of cable ESPN now in an App or browser. Can be bundled with other streaming sports channels as well as D+. Can have interactive App utilities. {was Fall 2025}
- Aug 29 = MK = a new Pirate's Lounge (Beak & Barrel) is going into the old Pirates League (now closed). It will be similar to Oga's with reservation needed and a 45 minute stay. Serves alcohol and (bar food? QS?). Standing and seating. No window or carry out service. "Late 2025" {moved from Winter 2025}
September 2025
- Sep 6 = MK = TRON will get a TRON: Ares overlay, temporarily... but that could wind up being years. {added}
- Sep 25 = DHS = Launch Bay and Disney Jr. and Animation Courtyard closes to be rethemed as "The Magic of Disney Animation" and "the Walt Disney Studios" courtyard. The Little Mermaid show will stay. A new Disney Jr. show and "Drawn to Wonderland" (an interactive play area) will be part of the Animation Courtyard. To reopen in sometime of 2026. {added}

- Nov 7 = DAK: Tree of Life hosts new 4D show based on Zootopia, called Zootopia: Better Zoogether {moved from Winter 2025}
SOMETIME 2025
- Experiences = Cotino opens in Rancho Mirage, CA (used to be late 2024). Some houses have been built. And some people have moved in. ...supposedly... But there are no numbers and no pictures to verify that. {updated on 9/1/2025}

- MK = The Carousel of Progress will be updated with an inclusion of an AA Walt Disney. {added}
- MK = Cinderella Castle to revert to non-pink paint theme. {added}

- DAK = DINOSAUR closes sometime in 2026. Rumored to be Jan 12 or thereabouts. {updated}
SPRING 2026
- DLP = World of Frozen opens { was sometime 2026 }
- HULU+LIve X Fubo = The two streamers merge, will retain "Fubo" branding. Both do live streaming of broadcast and cable TV. Fubo has a lot of sports Disney doesn't have (yet). Non-Live Hulu is a separate streamer and is merging into Disney+. {added}

Hold it. I thought it is closing right before Christmas. Did they announce of just extend and change verbage?
As we prepare for this transformation, Animation Courtyard and Disney Jr. Play and Dance! will close beginning September 25, 2025.
