I never really thought about it, but Pinocchio being a story set in Italy...and somehow the namesake restaurant is a Germanic Village "Haus" and with German gender designation for the bathrooms? I mean it is fine...I think when I was a kid I assumed the story was German based on this... but then when you know the origin and setting it feels odd....lol

My kids literally said this today when we used this restroom!

I love the new split sink design.

This is what I’ve always thought too. Essentially, in/near the Italian Alps, which has similar architecture, music, etc.
