Interesting. Is the board meeting public or private? Do you take input from non-board members, because I would love to help set up the point system! :)

One thing I have a problem with is that all the challenges in the ICS are worth more points than those in the ACS.

Here's my reasoning: If I wanted to do Master of the Parks, and someone else had no interest in MotP but instead opted to do the WEDCAR race, it's not fair that one should get more points than the other just based on what they were interested in.

I think that the number of points you get for winning each competition should be determined by the difficulty level, not what series it's in.

Just my opinion.

My thinking was that we have the big four events and since they are "bigger" than the others I thought that naturally they should be worth more points. However, I get your argument and I think you bring up a valid point. The problem I have with difficulty is it is totally subjective. What one person finds difficult another may find simple. On that note it is something to think about and we will discuss in the board meeting tomorrow.

By the way, I think I can do Saturday afternoon, but if I can't everyone will know tomorrow some time.

I like the way it's set up! What if you sign up to help judge (but not host) one of the competitions? How many points do you get?

Hey Jdm, I will take that vacant May slot for my Universal contest if I can
Matt, I'm thinking that each person should only have one competition, and we should leave that slot for someone new, but I think I might have a solution that I can discuss with the BoG.
