I'm just being funny, mods you may delete this post after awhile.

Of course we could let it stay until Nov 30th :brick:

not a bad idea... we can use this for future Storms....

Of corse we can also resort to making new topics for them, since most of them that hit U.S. have tons of charts, and get confusing... (move this to Chit chat)

Hopefully, Jeanne (if it becomes a hurricane) will be the last one... fingers crossed! We still have until Nov.30th to wait...

I was just thinkin' - there almost seems to be a pattern with the 'canes threatening FL. So far, it's every third one (a-b-Charley d-e-Frances g-h-Ivan). By this, the next one thinking of vacationing at Disney should be "L"

Lisa would be the L name. At a certain show on WDW property we have the following cast members: Charlie, Frances, Ivan, and Lisa. Keeping an eye out for the one after Karl! :brick:

I'm glad you were spared the worst of the storm Maria, I've never been to Mexico proper and I am planning on finding a good dentist down there next year, they are way too expensive up here in Alaska even if you have insurance. I guess we can leave this forum here to lighten up a bit?
I didn't see that movie that came out this summer about the worlds weather freaking out, tornadoes in LA, NYC with a tsunami and a fast freeze, kinda makes you wonder just a little bit....but I do believe its a cycle that was overdue with possibly recent climatic changes adding a detrimental effect to the size of these monsters, hopefully the next one will avoid the general population.
I would think in less than a lifespan scientists can work out a way to break down these monsters, they say a nuclear device would do nothing, I would think of something in the other extreme....freezing the storm, but that just theories I've read about.

OHMYGOD!!!!!!
Hurricane MickeyMinnieGoofyDonaldPlutoDaisey is set to make a dirct hit for North America. It is a catagory 100 hurricane, and is set to hit the entire east coast by noon today. Based on current projections, it looks like WDW and Disneyland will be spared because they were both built on Personal Flotation Devices. More news to come.

Corrus might have photos of the hurricane and path soon.

This Just in Grizz has become the new CEO of Walt Disney Co. and has spared the Balloons and fountain. He has also announced that the Wonders of life will now be moved to the front of the park and open for 24 hours a day (admission required).

If you weren´t that far from the Yucatan Peninsula, I would recommend you one or two dentists. I have a friend from Florida who got his teeth fixed here and I have a dentist friend of mine who has many american clients. Good luck in your search! :)

Distance isn't really a problem, I'm used to "commuting" between Wasilla and Orlando and the fares fluctuate between $500-700. Its only about 9 hours and 5200 miles, sometimes longer with a stop either in Minniappolis or Seattle.

And I tell you what....after watching a DVD last night "Man on Fire" about a hired bodyguard for a little girl whos wealthy parents live in Mexico city I seriously doubt I could ever go there.
Well i am taking another day off from work cause i went to my dentist yesterday and they gave me a penicillan and vicatan prescription so I'm kinda doped out a bit now, tomorrow they want to take out two teeth, eventually I'm gonna lose them all and several friends of mine who also have had periodontal issues agree the best way to pay for it is down south cause its over $10,000 here! I am going to start researching anything off the web about dentists in Cozumel and what kind of lodging for about a month or so possibly but if you have the time Maria I would dearly love any shortcuts.
In case its not available somewhere here on the discussion board my email is: danramz@yahoo.com
