There are rumors that Disney got solo-Hulk back and that Sony's Venomverse will indeed be part of the MCU.

So, maybe only the Venomverse would technically be non-Disney due to which studio (Sony) is in charge of production, tho if it is in the MCU, you can bet Disney has a say in it and thus, is also technically Disney.
