Wait, here we go...take the current Ice Station Cool...Make a HUGE snow tunnel....Make the Soda Tasting section a restaurant...And BOOM! Greenland!

Well, there are several directions you could go in. Australia would best be left to a section in AK as the local flora and fauna are such a big part of it. Same thing with any jungle type countries in Africa or South America. Here's my ideas.
1. Egypt - This would have cool forced perspective pyramids and a sphinx. There's tons to do an exhibit on, and you could put an Indiana Jones and the Forbidden Eye type ride inside the pyramid!
2. Russia - Would definately be cool. Lots of things to put in there. Could have a thrill ride where you escape from the Russian Mafia.
3. Israel/Palestine - This would never be built but you could do a combo pavillion that the two nations share in harmony and peace that would sort've be Disney's "beacon of hope" for what might be. It'd have a boat ride detailing the region's long, long history from Biblical days, to the Crusades, to the current conflicts (in which the ride gets rough and maybe there's a hill or two.) and then finally a finale that talks of peace and cooperation. It would be cool, no doubt, but it would never, ever happen. Of course, there was that big Israel section in the Millenium Village, which surprised me, so who knows.

i'm content as well! really i don't think they need anymore...i like having spaces between some of the countries...if they filled all those up, it'd be WAY too cluttered looking.
but if i HAD to choose something, i'd pick Egypt...just cuz i LOVE Egypt...and i think it'd be cool if they did something like Mexico...have the great pyrimid that you could go into, and it could be like an Eqyptian town (ancient or modern...though i'd prefer ancient) and like mexico, it could have a water ride...down the Nile, of course. though, that might be making it TOO much like mexico.
btw, DisneyFreak...nice idea with Greenland! :lol:

I remember hearing that they were planning on putting Russia in but once their economy fell through there wasn't enough funding from the country to build the pavilion. I also remember hearing about 5 years ago that they were going to put up an Israel pavillion. Doesn't look like it will happen. Here are the countries I'd like to see:

I was in Morocco (in the WS) last week... and I kept thinking - "Wouldn't this be PERFECT for an Indy ride???!! I mean think about it. The setting is already there. And from looking at overhead views of the park... there is PLENTY of room for the ride! Disney could even take out one of the restaurants there.
Come on Eisner! You gotta spend it to make it.

I agree... they should flesh out the countries they already have. Britian & Japan are pretty patheic considering the history and prosperity both countries enjoy.
But if I had to choose something new... I'd like to see something from Latin America. Brazil, Chile, Peru.
maybe Cuba or like a south american country like Costa Rica, i was there last month, man thats a beautiful country but i think mexico represents all those countrys down there so maybe not. Maybe an african country like south africa, that little hut between china and i think Germany is to small to represesnt Africa.:brick:
