I have a question for everyone. On our first day, we really want to do Indiana Jones Adventure in the standby queue, but the lines will be crazy. Then, I thought about doing it our second day with magic morning. DUH! Indiana Jones isn't open for Magic Morning. So, for our first DL day, would it work if we went right to Indiana Jones, did BTMRR on our way to FL and then ride the Matterhorn. I'm not worried about FL because we'll have Magic Morning to ride the dark rides/attraction, but would this be a good way to start our first DL day?

We never waited more than 30 minutes for Indy this week even with posted times saying 40-50 minutes. Our longest Indy wait was when that part of the park opened at 8 after extra hours at 7.

BTMRR wasn't bad either. We got FPs all week that were within one hour of the time (even last night after 8 we got FPs for 8:50 that night)

We went to Matterhorn first at 7 am. Waits even at the busiest times although posted 55, never exceeded 40 minutes.

Have a great time!

As I mentioned in a different thread, we will not be seeing the Aladdin show in DCA. We actually just saw it on Broadway last night! It was PHENOMENAL!!! James Monroe Iglehart was hilarious as the Genie and Friend like Me got a VERY long standing ovation. Also, does anyone know how Disney did the magic carpet? I couldn't see a single wire, even with the stage filled with light. Overall, I really liked the show and I'm pretty sure this 2.5 hour version is quite a bit better then the 40 minute version at DCA.

I'd still check the show out! Its my favorite show in any Disney park. The ad-libs the Genie makes are fantastic!

Thanks! :) Unfortunatley, I may not be able to write a TR. I will try my best to take notes, but knowing me, it'll be hard to stay consistent :p. I'll try though. ;)

I'll admit that the only way I got my trip report done was by using my pictures as a sort of cheat sheet lol. I used the order the pictures were in on my phone as a way to help me remember exactly what we did next, important details I wanted to remember, etc. I couldn't have done it without my phone and Facebook :)

It was fun to write the report, because it gave me a way to relive the trip after we got home. I'm glad I did it now because it serves as a great way to look back on the trip when I'm having a bad day and need a mood booster ;)

Either way, have fun!

Thanks for understanding! :)
I could never take notes as I went. I always have to do it live. Its best to enjoy that vacation, especially when its your first time. I'm always torn between taking video or pictures and just watching things the first time. I don't want to miss things, but I also don't want to forget. Again, have a safe trip and enjoy DL!
