I have issues through my work firewall on making "favorite" selections on D-Cot. I can typically stream whatever I want, but adding something to my favorites list gets blocked when I'm logged in at work. At home I have not had an issue. Do you have a firewall of any sort?

Just windows firewall, but I'm not too bent out of shape about it. If I want I can just go to YouTube.

Check out Mr Theme Park Audio on YouTube - has tons of Epcot loops. Then you can download a program called YouTube Downloader (look for it on CNET) and not only save the video to your iTunes library, but you can also extract just the audio from any video you have downloaded.

There used to be a nice mix of World Showcase music on youtube entitled "International Gateway Music" but it disappeared a few months back. Oh if it were to return. If anyone has any ideas about how to find it again, I would greatly appreciate it.

It's definitely on d-cot.

I'm listening to Epcot Future World area music right now through d-cot.

Yup. Disney has great music that really puts me in a happy and magical frame of mind. Thanks for the tips, everyone, about other places to find the music. BTW, there are several Internet radio stations that play Disney stuff- really nice to have playing in the background while you work.

Thanks my friend, indeed it is. Amazing how a piece of music can transport you somewhere else. I'm in my study (the spare room really where my wife hangs her underwear to dry, but as close to a study as I'll ever get) and yet feel instantly transported to Epcot. Thanks

4:00 to 5:00 is Disney World to me. More so than anything else in any of the parks. No idea why, but that little loop of music triggers "Walt Disney World" in my mind.

Me too! I love that part and it really stands out when we are there. Just hearing it takes me back to walking through the fountain plaza, particularly at night. I tried to Shazam it, but couldn't find out what the name of that song is.

Be weary when downloading things from CNET. They used to be a pretty good site but have tons of viruses now.

Anyone else having trouble getting in to d-cot right now? Looks like they're down on their end.

EDIT: Searched it and found out their server stopped working...the guy who runs it said he's getting new hardware to correct the issue. Should be back up and running tomorrow.

When ever I have a pretty stressful night at work, I'll fire up D-Cot and the Innoventions Loop is one of my go-to's to help calm the nerves.
It's amazing that a piece of music (with eyes closed) can transport you to another time and place so easily, especially when the loop hits the 3:00 mark.
