The Mickey Wand

I was just wondering what everybody thought about the Mickey Wand.

1) Do you like?
2) If you did or did not, what is better the 2000 one or the Epcot one?

It was ok to have the 2000 one for the millenium cellebration but I think they should get rid of it now.....the EPCOT doesnt fit as well as the 2000 did.

I love it! I think it looks great. Spaceship Earth would look naked with out it. I'm glad they kept it up!

I miss the original Epcot spaceship earthwithout the sign!

Your right. I do miss the old Spaceship Earth but you do have to admit that it does look weird without it. How long are they going to keep the Mickey Wand around? Just wondering.

I like it a lot! But I like the "2000" sign better than the "Epcot" sign - do they really think that people forget which park they're in?

I think we're stuck with the Mickey Wand forever, unless they decide to take it down, of course...

I remember reading somwhere that people couldn't identify Space Ship earth as being the symbol of Epcot. So I guess they fixed that problem!

How could you not say Spaceship Earth was not the icon of Epcot. What else could there be to be the icon?

I personally dont like the new EPCOT wand. I liked it when we had the "2000" logo on it, but I just think it looks a bit crappy now. I have been told it looks different when you actually see it rather than in a photo, so I guess I may change my mind then.

They need to lose the Wand and sign. For Millineum 2000 was cute but this is cheesy.

The Mickey Wand is bigger then it looks in a photo. The Wand is huge!!!

The wand was interesting for the Millenium celebration. It added a certain pizzaz that fit the occasion. Now, however, it is an eyesore. Unfortunately since it is such a large structure, I don't see them taking it down anytime soon.

Not since they spent a couple of monthes putting up the Epcot sign to replace the 2000.

I didn't like the sign when I saw photos of it, but when I actually saw it, I changed my mind.

I like the mouse hand but.... the epcot sign has got to go! It looks so fakey! 2000 at least had a really good purpose of being up there... I too miss the old spaceship earth.... it doens't look the same
