The Mall at Millenia

Have any locals or people staying in the area check out the new Mall north of Universal Orlando? I hear its a very upscale place to shop. After seeing images of cars parking on grass because the lots are full, I decided that going there the first weekend is not a good ideal.

So has anyone braved the crowds checked it out?

And the most important question, is there a DISNEY STORE? I didn't see it on the list of shops in the Sentinel, so if that's non-existant, then I guess I won't be stopping by there that often.

Yup, I don't think it has enough parking, I went last weds, cause that's when it was suppose to open, and the lots were full, and the place wasn't even open, so like you, I'm waiting it out till the crowds die down, but it doesn't strike me as a big mall from the outside???

There's a HUGE mall about 2 hours south of WDW in the Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale area called Sawgrass Mills....its amazing......

I still haven't went, my brother and fiances condo is on Conroy and it has been a mess trying to get to I-4. She just called and said she called this morning (I didn;t hear) and wanted me to go whoops!! hopely I will get there sometime this week, and we will be using valet parking.

I just talked to a friend of mine who was in Orlando this weekend, and she said she saw a lot of cars parked around it, and on the grass that she tought it was a stadium! Then she realized it was a new mall, but there was no way they were stopping there!

She also talked about a "Premium Outlet".... which one is that?

The Premium Outlets are right beside Chatham and The Commons (Little Lake Bryant)

The premium outlet is the one right after the huge Catholic Church, which if you are Catholic I recommend you go it is beautiful. But back on track the premium outlets arent that great, they say the prices are factory store prices, but they really arent I would give it a 1 out of 10.

is this mall like the one next to TIA (Tampa International Airport.)
I forget the name but it has many upscale stores, and expencive things. I dont even think it had a disney store.

I thought that was the one! I asked her if it was next to Mary Queen of the Universe Shrine (I went there while I lived there... very nice) but she didn´t know what I was talking about! duh! hehe... She also said that the prices weren´t too much "outlet" and that she thought it was still expensive, just what you said! :animwink:
