The Magic Lives (and I'm a little surprised)

We had cheerleading competitions both weekends, so we saw the crowds increase... and walking through Mexico on May 5th we wondered why it was so crowded and why everyone was drinking so much. Duh. :) I much preferred the crowds during the middle of the week, especially in Epcot...
Yup! Was there that exact week and noticed the crowds on the 5th. Mid-week, EC was much emptier. Fun fact... There were 42 cheerleading teams and after the first round, only FOUR went on.

The crowds in April were much more under control than earlier in the year and last year. I think the later closing times and not short staffing has helped lessen the crowds at night.

One of my biggest pet peeves! But I agree - I didn't really have a problem with the park hours this trip. We had a bunch of late nights in the Magic Kingdom (we love doing the MK late at night). I also didn't notice any obvious short-staffing.

Did anyone like that short? My daughter asked me when it was going to be over when we went to Coco (I too didn't have high expectations for Coco and I liked it a lot).
There’s a reason they took it out after a little bit. It makes me worry about Frozen 2. It also makes me wonder what happens to the attraction if the sequel isn’t a hit.
