Which is definitely a FMV.
See?
welcome to my world.....
When did it become yours?
My hands are cold.
Are they dead?
Ready to be pried?

OK, so let's say Mrs.A works as a child care provider for Mr. B's children and gets paid "x" dollars per week. She uses that money to purchase Christmas gifts for the kids, and lets Mr. B say they are from him. On a subsequent check, he reimburses her by, let's say $200. . Should she be paying income tax on "X" dollars or "X + 200"???????

I would say no as long as Mrs. A (aka Fishy) has receipts to back it up.
