It still seems up in the air but the storyline is suggesting that Herbie enters NASCAR??????

The Love Bug with Bruce Campbell already pushed it, but at least it had Bruce, Herbie and Dean Jones. But Lindsat Lohan? Just because they kicked Lizzie McGuire out, everything in the company needs to be related to the new Lizzie?

I was REALLY excited when I heard that they were making a new Love Bug movie...I didn't even mind Lohan being in it...but when I heard the storyline...(of Herbie entering NASCAR)...I about puked :hurl:

We just watched the original "Love Bug" last night (my sons first time). He laughed his little booty off. Nothing ever compares to the original. I always say leave perfection ALONE.

Didn't they already remake this not that long ago?
And on a related note... awhile back I was driving around Brandon (Tampa "suburb") and while waiting at a stop light, this new Beetle pulled up next to me and it was painted EXACTLY like Herbie! I about choked! Was very tempted to follow it. Man I wish I had my camera with me that day! Haven't seen that car since but I know it's around here somwhere because it had a Florida license plate.
