The longest time spent in a single land / pavilion?

What's the longest time you've spent -- intentionaly or unintentionally -- either in a single land or pavilion at WDW? I'm not talking about you guys who go to press junkets or YouTubers who document the parks for a hobby, but rather regular vacationers. Did you ever find yourself having spent more time in a single location than normal and realize there was still LOTS more park to explore?
In order to answer your question please provide what the "normal" staying times for every land and pavilion. I didn't realize such a list was available.

Aha! Good point, and for sure I'm not calling anyone out negatively for lingering in a favorite land. I suppose a rule of thumb for "normal" would be that time spent in each land be pretty evenly divided out when taking into consideration the number of hours you've dedicated to visiting a park for your once a year family trip.

"Abnormal" would be -- as in my family's case way back when -- when you realize it's 7:30pm and you're at EPCOT Center on your last day and you haven't set foot in the World Showcase yet. LOL. (We ended up returning the next day for a few hours before driving home).

I've really not had the opportunity to spend an excessive amount of time in one place, but, if I could, I'd like to spend a day just wandering around AK, taking in all the animal and plant life. I know, it sounds painfully boring to many, but I'd love the chance to just "take it in".
