This may seem off topic at first, but bear with me and it will make sense.
Does anyone remember the original ending of the "Listen to the Land" boat ride where you saw more of the labs through windows than you do now? You see a portion of a clean lab where they always seem to be growing vanilla in one of the swirling tables, but I remember there being more lab to see into just past this lab.
I took the Behind the Seeds tour (which I loved), and we spent a good amount of time in the entomology lab for an orientation of sorts. There was a video and some boards with pictures and descriptions. All of this was in front of a long curtained wall.
One thing I noticed was that I kept hearing the music from the final portion of the ride (where you see the backlit picture boxes). It was as if it was in the next room, but from where I thought I was it didn't seem to make sense.
After I had left the tour it occured to me that the curtain may have covered a large window into the entomology lab from the ride. They certainly could have just painted over the glass on the ride side (or actually boarded over it) and put a curtain on the lab side to make it look nice.
This would certainly explain how the music was heard very well in this lab and makes me wish I had lifted the curtain to take a peek.
Anyone have any insight on this?
