The king from Robin Hood is King Richard...
I think youre mean Prince John the phony king of England
Could someone tell me where the Toontown teardrop is? Fellow character meet and greet fans have always told me to hang out there for the odd characters, but I'm not as familiar with Toontown as the rest of MK because, well, I hate it. So I tend to avoid Toontown.

When you are in Toontown, go all the way down to stand in front of the train station. Once there, turn to the left (just around the side of Mickey's house). There will be a big open area. That is the Teardrop. There will be a smoking section just before the area.
it was a shock to us too! after going to wdw then going to this park, how differnet the characters are, he was almost at the point of being rude, throwing back the pens and pads after he had signed them for the kids, so they fell of the table and went on the floor, and then picking them up by the clothes, the intial reaction of the youngest was that she was being really old off.and the meet and greets are just a free for all, no organised queuing as in wdw, the charcater walks out and is just mobbed!pity the rest of the park in paris is beautiful, but that is the downsidePrince John and I used to be VERY close, but I haven't seen him in a long time. That pic that dazzer posted is crazy, grabbing the shirts of children and such would not be allowed in Disney World.

Cool, I will let her know. Yes, Prince John is who I was thinking about. Never was a huge Robin Hood buff, but it's her fav character. I just remembering as a kid seeing him and wanting a pic with him. So Toontown is her best bet then ?
