Good Morning All. As the song goes " Sweet for my sweet, sugar for my honey." Today's food blog has a recipe for one,if not my favourite Disney dessert. The Key Lime pie. I remember trying it at House of Blues years ago_OMG.OMG.OMG.The light flan with a perfect base then that biting lime hits you.Hmmmm.Yummy. So if you were to recommend a sweet at WDW,what would it be.?;)
I going with you on the key lime pie. My favorite! Having the right lime juice is important and Nellie and Joes is the best I have found. Use plenty of condensed milk and try crumbled oatmeal cookies instead of graham cracker crust. Think I am going to make one tonight!

I too have yet to eat any dessert at WDW that is mind blowing. I do like key lime pie though...first had it in Key West back in the 80s. Good stuff :)

Also, be sure to convert my measurements from American to UK! Otherwise you may get some rather...interesting...results. <grin>
