Question of the Day

Sorry for the delay got really bad news in the morning so been dealing with that. With all the recent events both in real life and on the forums I suppose a good question is what is your go to feel good movie? Something that will always make you smile no matter what?
I don’t watch movies that much (i’m a gaming type of person) but any Disney movie with happy, likeable characters would do

I’ve watched Peanut Butter Falcon twice today so I guess I’d have to go with that one

Hi friends!

I know this is a little personal and kind of a mood killer, but I wanted to reach out and talk to y’all since this community is so supportive.

Today, while on my way home from an animal show I was doing for my job and I was stopped as a man in a lifted Chevy rammed right into my rear at full speed (about 65 mph) and totaled my work vehicle. All the animals in the back were okay (thank God) but I am not.

My head hit the steering wheel and my nose broke, my leg also jammed into the part of the vehicle that the wheel is attached to and snapped at the knee. I also broke a few ribs, but was the only injury of this 5-vehicle accident where I was pushed into the guy in front of me, etc etc.

I don’t know why I’m posting here, genuinely, but I guess I’m just super traumatized and just need some support. Thanks for reading, and I’m sorry to be a bummer tonight.
Are you doing okay today? And what animals were you taking?

Anything with Laurel and Hardy, The 3 Stooges, Abbot and Costello, Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton, or Harold Lloyd. So basically any comedy from first half of the 20th Century.

Good luck! Is Wild Kingdom still going on?
Wild Kingdom will still be going on, but where I'm in the hospital and don't have access to my computer (I still haven't replaced my stolen laptop...) It'll be delayed compared to where it was supposed to be. Once I get home during recovery I'll have plenty of time to work though haha.

I'm alright today. Brought my playstation to my room so I can watch movies and whatnot. I had with me an alligator, blue and gold macaw, opossum, blue-tongue skink, carpet python, madagascar hissing cockroaches, and an Australian tree frog. The car was great though and absorbed the shock into the back window instead of the frame itself, otherwise, all of those animals would've been crushed and I don't know what I would've done.

I don't know about the rest of y'all, but today is my first day of school! So in honor of that, what is the class your most looking forward to this school semester/year? If you graduated already then what was your favorite class?

For myself I'm actually taking a theme parks class this semester, and one of the assignments is to create a whole new theme park this semester. Definitely looking forward to doing that, who knows maybe I'll post what I create in that class onto this forum like what I did with my Miami Seaventure concept ;)

I personally enjoyed Spanish class a lot. And the graphic design one inspired me to become a much better pixel artist.

Well I’ll be starting high school (freshman year) on Sep 8 (there is a freshman only day on Sep 2), I’m excited to see what my high school has to offer, and I’m excited to take theater classes during my four years at high school

Both of my Philosophy classes! It really helps that my professor is passionate for the classes he’s teaching so his enthusiasm for it was infectious. Not to mention, he’s cute soo… 😅

For those who are still in school, have a great first day!

I’m currently just pursuing my degree online and don’t care about any of the classes, just want to wrap up.

My first go at college though, I adored my North American Wildlife class where it was just identifying native wildlife. I loved it
