I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! WEEEEE!!! It's the fouth, so what's your favorite ice cream? Mine is vanilla at a local joint called Honey Hut, where they add hunny to the ice cream. Um!!!

Although I'm not a coffee person, I've recently had a taste for the Starbucks Mocha ice cream you get at the grocery store. Add a bunch of chocolate syrup and carmel and it's so good.

I dont really like ice cream too much. It hurts my teeth. But when we go down to Florida, in Bradenton theres this place that makes whats called "blue moon." Its blue and it never tastes the same two days in a row. I think its just a mix of whatever was leftover the night before.

I have a couple of favorites dulce de leche ( caramel icecream with caramel swirl ) double chocolate chip ( chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips ) and phish food from ben and jerrys

Right now I am in an "enhanced vanilla mode".

The current favorite is what the local custard shop calls a Razzle Dazzle--vanilla ice cream + hot fudge + raspberries.

If I'm out of raspberries (I use the frozen ones in syrup), then hot fudge and roasted almonds.

Pre-made flavored ice cream--anything made by Blue Bell, especially Birthday Cake, Milk Chocolate (tastes just like a Fudgsicle) and Chocolate Mint.


oh---and pineapple sherbet--the closest thing I can get to a Dole Whip!

Dole Whip

1 Quart pineapple juice (Dole)
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups cream
3 cups sugar
milk

Mix the pineapple juice and sugar until all the sugar is dissolved. Next add the cream and vanilla. Poor mixture into the Ice Cream Maker. Add milk to the "fill line" Follow the regular instructions of your Ice Cream Maker. Serve right out of the Maker for a soft serve taste or place in freezer and allow to set.
