Everyone has those moments in life that are cherished until eternity. These are moments like mariage, child birth, graduations, your child's first spoken work, the day you got your driving permit, the day your child learned how to walk, and so on. For me, the most memorable and happiest moments are the times I get to tell a person who caused me much drama, "I told you so!"

"I told you so" is generally a very hateful, spiteful thing to say - even when true. If said to someone you like and who likes you, it will cause hurt feelings that will damage the relationship. If said to someone you dislike, it will only deepen the animosity.

It's one of those things that is better left unsaid.
