I would get burned at the stake for this opinion in N&R...but I think the ride through looks really weak. Looks pretty much like the Hollywood Backlot in CA.
Though my two favorite parts...the queue looks great all the way up to the beginning of when you go outside ...and the animatronic!

I agree with you on the weak.. UNI needs to get away from the screens, which I keep hearing that they will but I'm not seeing it.. The Animatronic makes that ride worth it.

For a girl who has never been to a universal but has always wanted to go, this does not help my wants haha. This looks BOSS.
I'd definitely ride it...but the screens its like I'm just watching King Kong the movie.

Universal is fun in it's own ways. I have never not enjoyed a trip to UNI. I might not have the same memories as I do with disney but I have good memories there.. In fact, I'm possibly more excited about going to Uni Hollywood and their backlot then Disneyland. Than I remember I have tickets to do the tour of Walt's apartment in Disneyland.

It looks like they have some Spideman like motion, but it's hard to tell without riding.

My all time favorite screen ride is Harry Potter and the FJ...the video of that does not do it justice...it is amazing
Though my Grandma rode the backlot through this section of Kong in CA haha ....so unless they uped the intensity of the motion...it looks pretty similar...and if my grandma can ride it ...

I'm going all out on Disneyland cause I don't know when I'll be back.. Currently my next Disney trip after this is 2018 unless I can swing down to the world or paris (which might happen for work) in 2017.The backlot is great over there.

Yeah, that's how I feel like other theme parks, Disney parks are in their own little magical category haha. I spend an hour at this wall staring at it because of it's pure influence on the park. Also if anyone doesn't know what this wall is, please say something I'll explain the importance.
