Keep in mind one of the guys touting the airport scene as the best action scene ever also has Man of Steel as one of his favorite superhero films of all time :p :p

That's probably the better Jon to listen to. Campea definitely has the entertainment factor going on and he knows how to run a tight ship (I miss him as a daily presence on Movie Talk :( ) Schnepp's opinions are almost always on point. On a side note, Josh McCuga has been growing on me as the TV expert even though he has a slight creeper vibe with some of the female hosts :p

Ah welcome aboard the hype train...I've been on it since last May:p

The 15 minute Airport fight scene is being touted by some as the best action scene in a film, ever. :cyclops: That's hype. And they say we get match-ups that you'd only dream of.

Well I have 3:D

Scarlet Witch vs Vision, Spider-Man vs Captain America, Ant-Man vs Iron Man - those are so nutty to think about and I can already see myself squealing in the theater if those happen.

Dr. Strange also looks like Inception which has me very psyched.

oooh we're talking about civil war:D You have me intrigued:cool:

Honestly what gets me most excited about the reviews is that everyone keeps saying it's IMPOSSIBLE to pick a side and you'll keep switching back and forth as the movie goes on. That kind of morally ambiguous storytelling is exactly why I've been loving season two of Better Call Saul so much and I can't wait to see it implemented within the context of the Avengers!

I like that too

I also like how in Phase 1 Tony was anti-government and Cap was pro-military/government/following orders. And then in Phase 3 they both have switched and now Tony is pro-government and Cap is outside the law. It's such an interesting character dynamic.

Also the question of...should Bucky pay for his crimes? He was brainwashed. So it isn't him doing those things...but then again it kinda is? So ambiguous.

I'm on Cap's side mostly because Hydra is still everywhere and you can't trust some oversight committee to tell you what to do, especially when those types of committees were Hydra in Cap 2. :p

I like that too, shows awesome character development.

And I've thought so much about this. Honestly, I don't think so because he WAS brainwashed, but at the same time I think he needs to take full responsibility and see what he can do? I mean, this is kind of a big deal here:hilarious:
And exactly! I trust Captain more because he's more committed, and honestly *try's* to think of what's best involving everyone in the situation, I think,

If you haven't seen the movie you probably have no idea why I just said that:hilarious: Just watch the movie - especially with a nice cold glass of Granny's Peach iced tea:p

No, I definitely do, I saw it opening weekend, how evil of you!:hilarious: And honestly during that whole time I couldn't stop thinking of how much she sounded more like Mrs. Incredible than the current role she was playing, every time she talked I couldn't stop thinking about it!:D:hilarious:

I trust Cap - who helped defeat Hilter over Tony Stark who created Ultron:p

I want to see how Black Panther fits into this all...maybe Bucky killed his father T'Chaka while brainwashed? It was hinted at in Cap 2 that Bucky killed Tony Stark's parents:(...which might explain this...

I've never seen the Incredibles:p But I'll take your word for it:D

All I could think of was...why is she here? o_O She's everywhere the plot needs her to be:hilarious:

I genuinely felt bad for Holly Hunt during the "granny's sweet tea" bit. I was like "No Holly, what are you doing?? How could you fall from Mrs. Incredible to THIS????" Someone give her an Incredibles sequel already!

It's kind of hilarious how much Batman v. Superman tanked. It'll probably be barely clinging to top five at the box office now that Jungle Book is out. I wonder if the film was this much of a disaster in the I Am Legend universe :p
