The Halloween/Christmas parties throw off attendance levels for 1/3rd of the year now

Halloween in August.....mid August at that. Asinine!
You shouldn't even break out the skeletons in your closet before late Sept.

Hey now if starting Halloween in August makes people happy let em be happy. I know in this instance you might ONLY be talking about Disney making $$ earlier and earlier, but if celebrating Halloween in August makes people happy, let them. Those parties are super SUPER hot anyway, but they're less expensive than the ones that start at the "appropriate" time.

Well, if that's the case, then imagine how popular MVMCP would be in July.

Nope, this is not a fiscal issue; I'm not a Disney investor and if the organization makes or loses coin it has nothing to do with me.

This is an asinine issue. Halloween does not equal August just as Easter does not equal Feb..

And making people happy, in this context, means others will be unhappy.......'sorta' like how an opportunity cost might play out.

And I agree that Mickeys Halloween Party is outstanding....... I've gone once in Cali and twice in Florida. And I plan to go again perhaps in 2020.

I know you're being sarcastic but companies already do that too. My mom's favorite time of the year is Christmas in July on Hallmark...she gets all her christmas movies without all the stress that comes with the actual holidays in December. A Christmas in July overlay could actually be pretty fun. And sign me UP for glittery pink Halloween on February 14!
