The Final Harry Potter

Anyone else going to see the conclusion to the Harry Potter series this weekend? I have some friends there right now for the midnight showing. I still need to get caught up on the previous films before seeing this one....but certainly will!

Anyone have some reviews to share? The critics have been raving how well-done this film is.

Just pretend it shows the Walt Disney Pictures logo before the start of every HP film. I guarantee it, you'll love them!

I saw it at midnight- loved it! Even though it was short, they got everything in that I hoped would make it. I got very emotional during several scenes too. Yes, there were some things in the movie that got me annoyed. But overall I give it 2 thumbs way up! I will definitely be seeing it again

Lord son, I'm 30 years young, and my wife is 33. We both enjoy things like Disney & Potter. And if we ever outgrow simple, fun joys as those...then pity on us.

Definitely going to see it and I cant wait!!! Leaving for Disney next Thurs so I am hoping to see it this weekend. :sohappy: I have read all the books many times and I hope all my favorite parts from this book make it into the movie. Just hope final confrontation between Harry and Voldemort happens like in the book.

Absolutly LOVED it!!!! They could not have done a better job. Easily my favourite film. I especially loved how they brought back the old John Williams music at the end. Book-ended it perfectly.

Yes, I loved that too. I thought they did a fantastic job telling Snape's story as well.

Went to see it Saturday- LOVED IT!!!! Going again w/the kids once the crowds die down since they are huge HP fans as well...Snape is also my fave character and Alan Rickman is great- so I really want to see it again.
