Replace RC with a special DISNEY version of Rainforest Cafe based on the animated classic JUNGLE BOOK! INSTANT MUST-DO FOR DISNEY FANS YOUNG AND OLD ALIKE! Instant entertainment headlines! Instant huge merchandise sales! Reservations sold out months in advance!!!

I mean, geez, Disney, how hard is it??? That took me two seconds to come up with! I guess it's more difficult when no one in charge has ever watched a classic Disney film in their life, I know, but.... C'MON!
(EDIT: Or Lion King Cafe if you really want to make it a sure thing).

Jungle Book isn't on their movie hype list anymore. The PC crowd doesn't like King Louie anymore.

They should bring back California's classic LYON'S!!!

Their grilled cheeses were awesome (with the elegant curly-celophane-topped toothpicks) and their children's menu was printed on these lovely paper masks! :D

Growing up in the 60's was Tonka-riffic!

If that one in the picture was the one in Daly City or San Bruno, I used to go to both along with other Lyon's around the Bay. Denny's unfortunately drove them out of business.

When I was a kid we use to eat at the Jolly Roger restaurant across the street from Disneyland (Katella & Harbor). They had menus that turned into pirate hats that I would wear into Disneyland. I guess it is now a Residents Inn and a CVS.

When did that get torn down, because I vaguely remember something like that in the early 80s?
