the disneyworld.com US site had WRONG park hours!!

Man, talk about ultra crappy! We all know how annoyingly useless they made the calendar page on the newly made-over disneyworld.com website but not only is it annoying and less informative than before - it's wrong!!

Um, NO. The actual park hours for MK were 9am-9pm and EMH 9pm-12am. So, I would double-check your hours elsewhere right now. The UK calendar had the correct hours for today for example.

They switched around and/or changed hours so much that quite a few of the park hours I had noted for our stay 1/23 - 2/1 were wrong. I started double checking everything by the hours guides given weekly on-property and the WDW info channel on the television nightly. Crazy.

This seems to happen quite alot. I've noticed a few errors between the UK and US site (P&PP, MVMCP dates wrong etc). I've reported a couple and they were corrected very quickly but it can really throw your planning out.

I'm not getting at Disney (well I suppose I am a little) but it seems that this the calender is a fundamental feature of trip planning and getting it right really should take priority.

Quite agree - BUT - Disney will say that Park Hours are subject to change at any time (and that even includes the day that you visit)

I looked at the UK site over a week ago and it had the correct hours whereas, we looked at the US site the night before and it was still wrong. When we arrived at MK, the toll booth listed the correct, 9am-9pm hours so we finally knew which site was right.

I just thought that of all things to make even LESS useful, the calendar is really the wrong choice. It already stinks in the new format but with it being unreliable...? Ugh. Which is why I wanted to give a head's up not to rely on it. (Unfortunately.)

That is definitely the case. We were there one year and the listed hours for MK were 9am to 9pm but when we got to the TTC that morning, the posted hours for MK were 9am to 12am.
