Ahh..... Mr. Kott. Now there's a guy who knows a lot more than he should about what Disneyland is up to, what property they own through various holdings, and what they still have their eye on.

I'm sure he has a strong opinion on the biggest property sale in Anaheim since Walt bought some orange groves in '54.
