Good Morning All. Now excuse my ignorance if you don't have such a thing as "Christmas Puddings",but here in the UK,they are dozens of different varieties. My favourite is filled with rich fruit & laced with cherry brandy. So this morning am asking if there available in WDW ? And if so,where is your favourite one got.;)

I have never had one at Disney, never heard of one either. There is an old English lady in my dear wife's parish that makes one for us every Christmas. It's a real traditional pudding with a coin in it for luck etc. The thing is always about 180 proof and soaked in brandy. We call it the good night pudding because after you eat it "good night."

Sounds awesome. You mention the coin thing. Many years my mother ( she was a cook ) used to make what we call in Scotland " Clootie Dumpling " and she always put silver sixpence pieces in it.A very old tradition.

Oh, if only we could get Christmas Pudding over here!!!

A few years ago, my mom and I were coming back from Ireland, and my suitcase was overweight. Mom's wasn't, so they made me open mine up and transfer some things into her case. It was the beginning of december, and I'd bought a plum pudding. The desk agent saw the pudding in the case and suggested that would be a good item to take some weight out of my case, "why don't you put that in Mom's case", she said. I told her I'd do that only as a last resort, because didn't she realize that if I put the pudding into Mom's case, sure I likely wouldn't get it back!!!

I make the traditional fruitcake for Christmas, one of these years, I'm going to have to try a pudding.
