I was on the Disney website and it list the dates of the year that the dinner is open, but it's still for 2010 and it's March 27th to April 7th of 2010. Does anyone know if there will be 2011 dates? I have never had dinner here so I would like to try it some time.

Also I see it's an all you can eat dinner which most likely also means all you can drink. If I am spending the night that is not a problem, but if I come back that night it's a 3 hour car ride. I have kinda like a medical condition and I explained this to Disney on a voice mail asking them if they would take off the drink charge because of this.

The Diamond Horseshoe is open for busy times only, and dates are announced when the Spring/Winter break time gets closer. As of right now I don't believe anything has been announced. The food has usually been nearly identical to what is served at Liberty Tree Tavern.

In terms of all-you-can drink, it would probably be similar to what is offered at the other all you can eat locations. You would be offered a non-alcoholic beverage as part of the meal and they wouldn't change the price if you didn't want that because they just don't offer any option like that. If you were talking alcohol, that certainly isn't offered in the Magic Kingdom and there is no significant upcharge in the meal price because of this.
