The camels at Aladdin's flying carpets?

Are the camels still spitting because when i was there in 02 they were but when i went in March 04 i went there again and there's me preparing to get spat at by a giant camel and i don't.

Im not gonna lie, i was disappointed. Any news on this?

They were spitting last year, and when I was there in January.

When I was there on Friday, it was spittting, not sure about last night when we went.

There job is to spit why wouldn't they.

I think they turn it off sometimes during cold weather, but I guess that wouldn't be a problem in March.

I would imagine it's partly due to weather. Last Sept 05 it was hot and the camel's were "spitting", but I've been there in Dec and they weren't. It may also be one of those things that may need maintenance from time to time and just goes down.

For the CM that works the carpets......how do the camels know? I was standing over by the store and got nailed pretty good. Is it just random? I know they have normal shot areas but I was not in a wet area at all.

I got spat on in December!!!

I was there two weeks ago and encountered the spitting camel. Although I do believe it was random as we didn't get spit at everytime around. Don't know how the timing works so much, maybe you have to have your carpet at a certain area.

It's nice to see them at least using props from an old Parade. I remember seeing them on TV during the Easter parade for Aladdin's Royal Caravan Parade. And then they were used at an entrance to some dining experience where Playhouse disney is.
