The BUZZ about Eisner

It depends on what view your looking at.

Share holders want him out

Roy Disney and Stanley Gold arent happy with him and want to see him improve or resign

the board will keep him

and Eisner says he isn't going any where.

My feeling is he isn't going anywhere unless there is a coup in the board.

I Want him out, (I am a stock holder, Well, actually my mom is, and she has 30 shares,)

I also heard in my paper, that he has recently bought about
$10, 000 worth of shares on the public market, Now Why would he be doing that??

Figment, I also am a stockholder and currently have over 500 shares Myself, I realy don't have any love for the man due to a personal experence so I would like someone else I liked as a person in the position. I wish Roy would have the ability to take over the job but he doesn't want it from what I have heard.

As to Eisner Buying stock this week. According to the New York Times "Mr. Eisner's investment demonstrates his personal confidence in the company's direction and prospects for growth over the long term,"

I need to correct you on the size of his purchase. Eisner bought 725,700 shares of Disney stock on Wednesday for about $10 million. The purchase, which was made at prices from $13.55 to $14.49 a share, makes Eisner the third-largest shareholder of Disney stock, after the Bass family and Roy Disney, the nephew of Walt Disney.

I'm Planning on purchasing $1000 worth at the beginning of September
