The Boneyard - Pluto Park Road

Pretty cool driving around back here looking at old, former artifacts from the parks.

Saw a couple Formula 1 style cars getting overtaken by weeds, saw a row of VERY long canoes under brown zippered covers, saw a short (8 feet?) brown totem pole with a polynesian feel to it behind a fence, then looked over and saw this gem. Sadly left to rot away in the Florida weather:

Madam Leota's cart that was once found just outside the exit of the Haunted Mansion.

Where is this Pluto Park Rd? Can anyone drive on it?

World Dr.... northbound just past Space Mountain, on your right.
I have no idea if anyone can drive back there, but I did lol.

Went on a weekend afternoon, lots of cars, vans, trucks but literally NO ONE was in any of them.
I probably could have stayed longer and gotten out of the car and walked around, but I didn't want to chance it.

This is so darn cool. I'm not sure why I'm so obsessed with abandoned things, especially abandoned DISNEY things.

It strikes me as so odd that this is the method of "storing" or archiving things. But if it was all neatly cataloged in a warehouse somewhere, I guess we would never get to catch glimpses like this.

I'm obessed with abandoned things as well! This is amazing! Is there a place like this but at the Universal Studios by any chance?
