As for maintenance, people can invent all the ridiculous excuses they can. Since disney can do no wrong in their minds, they must find a loophole to rid the almighty eisner and harriss of any wrongdoing. But you know what? They "can" do wrong, they "have" done wrong; their uncontrollable egos and for greed have cost people their lives; and I hope to God they -- and their supportive cronies -- get what's coming to them.
I used to love Cynthia Harriss. When she came aboard, Disneyland suddenly turned around. Cast morale was up, maintenance was improved dramatically, and people were finally getting the most for their money in terms of attractions.
Fast forward to now...
I don't care if she's a nice person and all. When it comes to Disney, she's crude, ruthless, and needs to get out now.
I almost wish those rumors of her following Pressler to the Gap or some other company were true.
Like Pressler, she belongs in retail. Nothing else.
